A Kenya-registered importer with a KRA PIN files the customs entry; we supply the shipping and origin documents. Two chemical-side controls apply: KEBS PVoC (a Certificate of Conformity inspected in India *before* shipment — no CoC means the consignment is refused entry) and, for toxic/hazardous chemicals, NEMA registration plus an import permit under the 2024 Toxic & Hazardous Chemicals Regulations (about 21 working days).
